For many years, our team has been helping homeowners, contractors, landscapers, and gardeners find the materials they need for their projects. This spring, we’re excited to open a new chapter.
We’ve opened Yard & Garden, our new location at the corner of Llano Road and Highway 12 in Santa Rosa. This new yard brings together many of the materials our customers use every day — soils, compost, mulch, sand, gravel, and rock — all in one convenient place.
Yard & Garden was designed to make things easier. Instead of visiting multiple locations, customers can now pick up many of the materials they need in one stop. Whether you’re starting a garden, working on a landscaping project, or managing a larger job site, our team is here to help you find the right materials quickly and easily.
Grab N’ Grow is now Green Recycling Center
With the opening of Yard & Garden, we’re also making an important change at our former Grab N’ Grow location further down Llano Road. That site is now called the Green Recycling Center. It will focus on material drop-offs only, where customers can bring green debris, branches, and tree cuttings. These materials are recycled on site and turned into soils, compost and mulch that go back into local projects.
All material pick-ups — including soil, compost, mulch, sand, gravel, and other landscaping products — are now taking place at Yard & Garden. This change helps us keep materials moving more efficiently and allows us to produce more soil and compost locally for our community.

Drop-offs happen at the Green Recycling Center. Pick-ups happen at Yard & Garden.

One Company Name Going Forward
Along with the new location, we have decided to bring all of our operations together under one name: Soiland Materials. Our four locations — Stony Point Rock Quarry, Soils Plus, Green Recycling Center, and Yard & Garden — now operate under this shared name.
While the name and logo are new, the company itself remains the same: the same local ownership, the same hardworking team, and the same focus on locally sourced quality materials and reliable service.We’re proud to continue serving Sonoma County and the North Bay, and we look forward to welcoming you soon at Yard & Garden.
